Booking Terms:
 

The tenant shall use the property for the purpose of a private holiday residence for a maximum of 8 persons only. To reserve the villa a 30% deposit is required upon booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We accept International Bank Transfer to our designated bank account, which we will send you together with our standard rental agreement, only if you decide to proceed with the booking. A damage deposit of 300 € is required upon arrival and refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred on the property.

Normal check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. Linen and towels are included as is the professional cleaning at the end of each booking. We also provide 2 double plastic kayaks and snorkelling masks at no extra cost. Reliable maid service can be provided on request.

Pricing:

Prices are for the property, per week in EUR. This price covers the cost of water, electricity, internet access as well as the final cleaning. Only the entire property is rented with changeover day being Saturday. Arrival not before 3pm and departure must be by 10am.
