GETTING THERE

Villa Location - Island of Korcula:
Villa Katy is located in a pretty little village called Tri Luke, on the southwest coast of the island of Korcula in Croatia, only 9.5 kilometers away from the town of Vela Luka or about 40 kilometers from Korcula town (see interactive Google map of Villa Katy). The island of Korcula is one of the biggest and most populated island of Dalmatia, the Mediterranean region situated in the Adriatic Sea.

Nearest Airports:
The most convenient airports are those in Dubrovnik and Split. Although you can use many others - such as Zagreb or even any of the Italian airports with ferries connecting Italy to the Croatian coast and Korcula. In order to make the most of your trip, we recommend that you hire a car. All the main car hire companies have desks at Dubrovnik and Split airports.

Flying to Dubrovnik:
If you choose to fly to beautiful, medieval Dubrovnik you can drive to Orebic town (on Peljesac peninsula - about 130 km) where the local ferry, to Korcula town, goes every 30 minutes. It takes only 15 minutes to cross from Orebic to Domince port (Korcula). Alternatively, you can catch a ferry from Dubrovnik to Korcula town. Flying to Split:
On the other hand, if you arrive to Split, a car ferry goes from Split to Vela Luka twice a day, it takes about 2,5 hours to get to Vela Luka (Korcula). Once you arrive to Vela Luka, it is only 20 minutes drive to Villa Katy (9.5 km). Here is the link to its timetable: Split to Vela Luka Ferry.

Korcula - Local ferry lines:
The largest Croatian ferry company Jadrolinija runs ferries that sail all the way along the Croatian coast. On their way, they stop in Korcula. To find about the ferry and catamaran timetables that sail to Korcula please see Korcula Ferries.
