Absolute Water Frontage with 270 degrees panoramic views. Villa Katy is positioned in a secluded, sheltered location at the tip of peninsula surrounded by the Adriatic Sea on three sides. The villa is ideally suited for children with abundant gardens and calm, safe pebble beach. Outside, there are multiple sun decks and a splendid, covered dining gazebo, featuring an architecturally designed, solar heated pool with in-built spa. A large pool deck area having magnificent sea views is perfect for those tranquil Mediterranean afternoons and long evenings. The villa has been completely refurbished for the 2011 season.

Villa Katy is surrounded by beautiful landscaped Mediterranean gardens, located on a large secluded block guaranteeing your privacy. A private path leads through multiple seaside terraced flower gardens featuring scented jasmine, lavender and oleander, completes the estate, running down to the pretty pebble beach and jetty suitable for sunbathing and swimming for all ages. Beach umbrellas/chairs, 2 double inflatable kayaks and snorkelling equipment is provided for your convenience. The jetty is also suitable for mooring boats/yachts.

The villa has a large air conditioned living room with feature granite floors, beautiful fireplace, two armchairs and two large sofas. Fully equipped with all mod cons, including a satellite 42" plasma TV + home theatre, DVD player, 3 iPod/iPhone docking stations and stereo/MP3. Telephone and wireless internet access (ADSL2+), large collection of contemporary films for all ages.

A superb modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, large split fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove, oven, grill, microwave and large dining table to seat 8. External fire place and separate large BBQ are ideal for lunch or evening under the starts. Your host loves to cook and, at special request, can supply authentic, homemade Croatian dinners, served to you at Villa Katy for an unforgettable Mediterranean experience.

Sleeps 8 in four spacious bedrooms all with sea views, two having access to a large balcony. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom has its own air conditioner and a safe installed to secure your valuables. 3 bedrooms have double beds; the 4th bedroom having two single beds which can be easily converted into a large double bed. Three bathrooms/WCs; one with Jacuzzi. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Two lightweight foldable cots / playpens with mesh sides for ventilation and watching your baby. Two foldable high chairs. Ample parking for two cars.

You will be renting the entire villa and surroundings on a weekly basis with Saturday as a changeover day. Linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided each week, and professional cleaning at the end of each booking. The pool is maintained for you and reliable maid service can be provided on request.
